Croughton Flower & Vegetable Show 2011

This year is our 5th annual show. Entry forms have been delivered to every home in Croughton but if for some reason you don't yet have a copy of the entry form and would like one, you can download it below or you can pick one up at the village Co-op store. We would love to see more children's entries this year so please encourage the young people in your household to enter.

Our posters advertising this year's show were designed by Nathan Smart (see the picture at the top of this page) and Hannah Jones (Hannah's poster is shown below). Each year the show includes classes specifically for chilgren, including a design for the poster that we will use to advertise the show the following year. Nathan's entry scooped first prize at last year's show, and Hannah's entry came a close second. We loved both these colourful and imaginitive pictures so much that we have decided to use both designs. They are going to be printed and displayed in the Co-op and around Croughton and surrounding villages. Congratulations Nathan and Hannah!

Entry Forms

Below you will find links for downloading the 2011 Show Programme, and the 2011 Entry Form. Alternatively there are copies available in the Croughton Village Co-op store and in a folder on the notice board at the Allotments.

Note that there is a change this year to the deadline for submitting your entry form. Entry forms must be submitted by the Thursday before the show ie. Thursday 25th August. Opportunity to sell your crafts & products

As usual we will have a stall at the show selling surplus fruit & vegetables, jams and jellies - a great opportunity for you to buy fresh, locally produced food. This year we will have additional stands in the Parish Room for anyone who wishes to sell crafts and other products.
